Getting To Know You

Jiaying has plans to let Cal go because he doesn’t belong there. Skye argues Cal is too dangerous to let go. He thinks he is taking a trip back home to pick up a few things. If he is dropped off, Cal will feel like he has been abandoned. He will be seriously dangerous to the people around him. After spending some time with Cal, Skye empathizes with him. She talks Jiaying into letting her go with him to soften the blow.

Gordon drops Cal and Skye off in Milwaukee. Cal shows her around town. Everything has changed. He shares that he had plans for them to have a happy life there.

Skye snags a cell phone and calls May to get Coulson. Skye does not have time for explanations. She asks May to come get Cal, but not to hurt him. Skye ditches the phone leaving it on for May and the others to track her location. Lincoln is tailing Skye and Cal to make sure she is not harmed.

“He’s not a cyborg. He’s a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent… with rockets in his arm.” — Coulson

Cal shows Skye his office. She sees his last name on his office door. She says her name out loud. Daisy Johnson. He gives her a tour of his office. Cal is filled with memories and shares a few with Skye. He doesn’t want to let go of the past. Skye tells him he has to move forward. Lincoln shows up. Cal is pissed when he realizes he is being dumped. Cal grabs Lincoln and throws him against a filing cabinet. Geez, someone give this man some meds before he bursts a vein in that forehead.

Hydra shows up with Bakshi and Deathlok leading the way. They want to capture as many power people as possible. Cal tries to buy some time for Lincoln and Skye. Lincoln gets her to a safe place and tells her to go. Lincoln has a one on one with Deathlok. You should know who won that match. The S.H.I.E.L.D. agent with the rockets in his arm. Coulson and Ward show up amid all the confusion. They go searching for Skye leaving Deathlok behind with a knocked out Lincoln. Bakshi and a few Hydra agents apprehend Deathlok and Lincoln.

Skye sees Coulson and Ward. She runs toward Coulson and is intercepted by Gordon. As Gordon begins to teleport them back to Afterlife, Cal jumps on for the ride.

Dangerous Game

Coulson and Hunter meet up with Fitz. Is it just me or is Fitz looking kind of cute in that suit and those glasses? Okay, time to focus. Coulson informs them they are making a deal with Ward.

Coulson and Deathlok seek out Agent 33 and Ward at a Mexican cantina. Coulson offers a deal if Ward helps out, he will let Ward walk. The stipulation is, Coulson will send Ward through the Tahiti protocol to wipe his memories when they are done. Reluctantly, Ward agrees.

Ward and Agent 33 show up at the rendezvous point to meet Coulson and Deathlok. They brought a surprise. Bakshi, who has been brain washed by Ward and Agent 33, is in the trunk. He is their key into Hydra. Bakshi, and Deathlok as his bodyguard, show up to Hydra headquarters to meet with Dr. List, a Hydra leader. He earns back List’s trust by offering Deathlok. Bakshi has double-crossed Coulson and Ward. Hail Hydra.

“Ward is a psychopath, but for now he’s our psychopath.” — Hunter

List is tracking Gordon, the teleporter. He ascertains the last known location. The location is Cal’s office building. List and his Hydra agents prepare for departure taking Bakshi and Deathlock with them. Coulson and the gang are not far behind.

Upon arrival, Coulson and Ward split up from Hunter and Agent 33 to look for Skye. Hunter is shot by a Hydra agent. 33 helps him take cover. When Coulson sees Skye, he is filled with disappointment as she disappears with Gordon.

“I almost had her.” Coulson about broke my heart with that line. Tissue, please!

Suspicious Minds

Bobbi and Mack are in the training room discussing Coulson and Fury’s tool box. Simmons finally confesses to May about duplicating Fury’s tool box. May is angered, but says she will handle it.

May returns to the lab with Bobbi to confront Simmons about her deception. Unless they can locate Coulson first, Bobbie will have to inform Gonzales. Simmons follows May’s orders as long as it clears Coulson and Fitz. After May receives a phone call from Skye, she has Simmons to track her location.

Hacking into Deathlock’s system, Simmons and May get a visual via Deathlok’s eye camera. They are shocked to see Coulson standing next to Ward. Their conclusion is Coulson and Ward are working together, and it’s not a good thing.

Mack and Bobbi arrive at Cal’s office building and find Coulson. He surrenders and requests, “Take me to your leader.”
