Secrets & Lies

Mrs. Darhk is running for mayor, but Oliver is sure Damian didn’t launch an assault on the city and its leaders just so his wife could get elected.

While investigating the competition, the un-cashed million dollar check Moira wrote to Oliver’s pregnant girlfriend comes to light. Oliver lies to Thea, saying he has no idea what it’s about and tells her to drop it. Knowing Oliver is a lying liar who lies, Thea continues to dig and confronts Oliver once again when she learns of his connection to Samantha. Oliver finally tells her the truth about his son William, and in a shocking turn of events, Thea tells him he’s doing the right thing by lying to Felicity.

Say what now? Didn’t we spend like two whole seasons with Thea up in her feelings because everyone she knows lies about every.damn.thing?

Dahrk sets his murderous magic on Lance, which causes him to breakup with Donna. Knowing bullshit when she hears it, Donna wants to know what’s going on but Lance remains steadfast. Donna is more hurt by his unwillingness to trust her with the truth than his putting distance between them.

Poor Donna. She’s not long for this world.

Oliver is set to debate Mrs. Darhk (Adams), but the team realizes there are bombs at the location and they rally to find and defuse them.

The debate goes down (we don’t see it), and all of the pundits declare Oliver the winner.

Lance finally comes clean with Donna and all is forgiven.

Curtis gifts Felicity the possibility of walking again when he reveals a bio-stimulant powered by Palmer Tech’s power cell. Once it’s implanted in her spine, there’s a great chance she’ll be able to walk down the aisle.

Of course, this is Arrow so there’s no way this episode would end on a high note. Damian introduces his daughter to their new houseguest: William.
