BluTuesday - November 17, 2015

What’s going on, ProFans? I’m taking a break from plotting how much I’m going to be able to eat next week to bring you the latest releases to home media for November 17, 2015. In this week’s episode, we discuss…a sultry spy drama. That’s it, that’s the list. Let’s get to it.

The Man from U.N.C.L.E. (PG-13)
Rotten Tomatoes rating: 67%

Welcome to the early 1960’s folks! Come visit for the rampant racism and sexism and stick around for a solid spy flick! Henry Cavill plays Napoleon Solo, a slick art thief turned CIA agent who is forced to work with KGB Super Spy Illya Kuryakin (Armie Hammer). Together, along with the mysterious Gaby Teller (Alicia Vikander), they must stop a secret organization who has their eyes on some nukes with the goal of upsetting the balance of power in the world. This film, which also stars Hugh Grant, Elizabeth Debicki, and Jared Harris, is available in both a two disc Blu-ray/DVD + Digital Copy version and a single disc DVD version. This movie has style, it has class, and it has some fantastic actors doing some fantastic work. This movie is my pick of the week, and it isn’t just because it’s the only  movie here. It’s my pick of the week because it’s fun.

Well, that’s all I’ve got for this week. Got any questions or comments? Did I miss something you wanted to discuss? Please feel free to hit me up in the comments section below. Also, from my family to all of you, I wish all of you a happy and prosperous Thanksgiving.

Until next time…
