James Spader Cast in The Avengers 2
Marvel has just announced that James Spader (Boston Legal, Lincoln, The Blacklist) has been cast as the big bad in Avengers: Age of Ultron. Spader got his start in Brat Pack favorites like Pretty in Pink and Less Than Zero, and later went on to win Emmys for his role as the silver-tongued attorney Alan Shore on both The Practice and Boston Legal. Most recently Spader can be seen in the film Lincoln and the upcoming NBC drama, The Blacklist.
It’s almost certain he’ll look very much unlike himself when he takes on the role as the evil automaton, Ultron.
