My pick of the month is the documentary The Last Man on the Moon. This is a very personal story told by Eugene Cernan, the last astronaut to step foot on the face of the moon, leaving his footprints, his daughter’s initials, and a lifetime of stories to tell. If you’re on a comedy kick, you have a few choices to pick from; if you’re a stand-up fan, Kevin Hart released three new comedy specials to the streaming service, probably because he filmed them at the same time. Alternatively, there’s Bring it On starring Kirsten Dunst and Gabrielle Union, Eddie Murphy’s take on The Nutty Professor, and - my personal favorite - The Replacements, starring Keanu Reeves and Gene Hackman.
That’s all I’ve got for this month. Got any questions or comments? Did I miss something you wanted to discuss? Please feel free to hit me up in the comments section below.
Until next time…
