Once Upon a Time in Wonderland - S1E6 - Who’s Alice?
Previously, on Once Upon a Time in Wonderland: “Heart of Stone”
Jafar has gone down the rabbit hole and arrived in England. He’s searching for answers about Alice from her doctor at the asylum.
We also start to see flashbacks of Alice’s homelife before the asylum. Looks like she had a wicked stepmother of her own. She returned home when she thought The Red Queen had killed Cyrus to find her father had started a new family, including a sister who is unaware of her existence.
The Red Queen finds out that Cyrus has taken off and decides to hunt him down herself. She feels with her former skills as a thief with Knave, she can beat Jafar to the genie.
Alice enters The Black Forrest on the latest leg of her journey to Cyrus. She emerges in a glade filled with happy pollen and decides to settle in. For life.
Thankfully, Knave arrives and is able to bring her to her senses. We find out Knave was immune to the happy pollen because he never placed his heart back in his chest for fear of feeling his heart break again. Anastasia really did a number on our handsome rogue!
Speaking of Anastasia, she finally corners Cyrus… on another cliff. Turns out this isn’t as outrageous as it first seems, since the entire palace is centered on a floating island. It seems Cyrus will be returning to the cage until he catches the flash of Alice’s necklace over the miles. He decides to save The Queen a push and opts for a dive into the waters below.
