1.The Leftovers: The acting, the writing, the feels. Man, no show has had me in my feels like this fucking show did this season. It’s right up there with the best season of Breaking Bad, The Wire, Game of Thrones, or any other show you can think of. (HBO)

1.The Leftovers: Easily the best overall season of a television I’ve ever had the pleasure to watch. The first season was very good, but the second season was a masterpiece, each week getting better and better. The writing was bold and unpredictable, beautiful and emotional, and the acting was nothing short of stunning. Sometimes, while watching, I felt as if my heart was too big for my chest. (HBO)

1.The Flash: This second season has been good, for the most part, but when these actors and writers can tell their own story devoid of network-forced crossovers, they are damn near perfection… like the second half of season one. (The CW)

3. The Leftovers - This show easily took the must-watch spot from another popular Sunday night show. Consistent and exceptional acting and storytelling makes this one of my favorite shows of 2015. (HBO)
2. Minority Report - Led by the Meagan Good, this sci-crime drama started slow, but picked up the pace as the season progressed. Seeing women in lead roles that also look like me is a welcomed change to this oft boys club led genre. (FOX)
1.Jessica Jones - This Netflix original series met and exceeded my expectations. Strong and flawed female lead characters, paired with strong and flawed male counterparts made this emotionally complex story my favorite show of 2015. (Netflix)

1. Mr. Robot - It’s always the quiet shows that prove to be the most engaging. With a steady yet subtle stream of ambiguous promotion, Mr. Robot jumped on the scene in late June and left viewers instantly transfixed within the first five minutes. As the series progressed, Sam Esmael’s creation fragments into a million pieces not unlike the eponymous lead’s shattered psyche. A riveting tech-noir that’s deserving of its praise. (USA)

1. The Leftovers – Season 1 was great but season 2 was an absolute masterpiece. Its perfect combination of writing, acting, directing, and music made this season a work of televisual art. And hey, if you thought Justin Theroux jogging in those sweatpants was delightful, try watching him emerge naked and wet from a bathtub. (HBO)
