My pick of the month is the neo-Western crime thriller Hell or High Water. Starring Jeff Bridges, Chris Pine, and Ben Foster, this film tells the story of Toby and Tanner Howard (Chris Pine and Ben Foster) who are committing a series of robberies in order to save the family ranch, but hot on their trail are Texas Rangers Marcus Hamilton (Jeff Bridges) and Alberto Parker (Gil Birmingham). Also of note this month are the Indiana Jones Quadrilogy (Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost ArkIndiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, and Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull), the Brendan Fraser vehicles The Mummy and The Mummy Returns, Babel, Black Hawk Down, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Solo: A Star Wars Story, Carmen Sandiego, Conversations With a Killer: The Ted Bundy Tapes, Ant-Man and the Wasp, The Incredibles 2, and season two of The Punisher.

That’s all I got for this month. Got any questions or comments? Did I miss something you wanted to discuss? Please feel free to hit me up in the comments section below.

Until next time…
