My pick of the month is 42. Starring Chadwick Boseman, Nicole Beharie, and Harrison Ford, this film tells the story of Jackie Robinson (Boseman) as he makes the historic leap of becoming the first African-American player to play Major League Baseball. Also of note coming to Netflix this month is the first Men in Black, The Pursuit of Happyness, Chasing Trane: The John Coltrane Story, Mudbound, Marvel’s The Punisher, and the first season of She’s Gotta Have It.
