Ms. Marvel (2015) #15

Previously in Ms. Marvel #14

Hey, guys. Broken Record, here. G. Willow Wilson continues to naturally blend Kamala Khan’s superhero challenges with those of a regular teenager, providing the series’ young readers with a story that takes them away and one they can relate to. The fact that it’s also enjoyable to us old folks is just a bonus.

Kamala befriends Clara, a recently ostracized classmate who made the mistake of sending personal photos to a boy with a big mouth and no home training. Kamala knows all too well what it feels like to be violated via technology. Her personal cyber-nemesis has infiltrated her personal online spaces and knows about her secret identity.

When Clara explains that an online troll actually leaked her texts and not her boyfriend, Kamala pieces together they have the same cyber stalker. Her investigation leads to a brawl with a construction who is mind controlled by the real hacker, who claims to be the virus itself.
