My pick of the month is Black Dynamite. Starring Michael Jai White, Tommy Davidson, and Salli Richardson, this throwback to blaxploitation films tells the story of Black Dynamite (Michael Jai White), a Vietnam Vet and former CIA operative who cleans the streets of his hometown when The Man pumps heroin and emasculating malt liquor in the streets. Since this is the Halloween month, the horror movies of note I’ll never see because Joseph doesn’t do horror are The Shining, Truth or Dare, Creeped Out, The Haunting of Molly Hartley, The Haunting of Hill House, Malevolent, Apostle, The Curious Creations of Christine McConnell, Haunted , the second season of Castlevania, and the first season of The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina.

That’s all I’ve got for this month. Got any questions or comments? Did I miss something you wanted to discuss? Feel free to hit me up in the comments section below.

Until next time…
